Join us as Sondra shares insight about the pressures of being an influential queer female voice in the media. We chat about the lack of lesbian representation on TV, radio, and movies - and how Sondra's desire to be her true authentic self was risky in an industry motivated by customer/client satisfaction and monetary gain.
This week Rachael and Dani are joined by Ashlee. Ashlee tells us about how ending a long-term relationship with her first female partner encouraged her to find out who she truly was. It wasn't easy though - it took a lot of hard work and soul searching. The woman she found within herself is a confident, loving, and grounded person - ready to share the love she found inside her with the right person, regardless of gender.
